Hotel rooms can be booked by email, WhatsApp or telephone.
We reserve the right to adjust our prices for all additional services. Only cash payment is possible for additional services.
The minimum stay in our hotel is 4 nights.
When booking the Nube suite and the Casakarma flat for 3 people, we charge a surcharge of €69 per night including breakfast.
All hotel rooms are equipped with an inverter or fan & heater. Due to energy-saving measures, our inverters only run at certain times. The inverters must be switched off when leaving the room. We thank you for your understanding and your help to protect the environment.
For a low-radiation holiday, we only have Internet via cable, no WLAN.
Our outdoor facilities are laptop-free.
Out of consideration for other guests, we ask that laptops only be used in the rooms.
Our hotel is not suitable for home office.
Towels are changed every three days or as required.
Fresh bed linen is provided after 7 days or as required.
All our rooms are non-smoking rooms and our entire facility is non-smoking due to high risk of fire in Andalusia.
As we have dogs ourselves, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate guest dogs even if we love dogs.
The Cabaña flat is disabled-friendly and the entire complex is largely barrier-free. All rooms have level access.
Our saltwater pool is not heated.
For Hotel bookings:
A 50% deposit by bank transfer is due immediately upon booking.
The remaining amount is due 7 days before arrival.
Cancellations or changes are free of charge up to 30 days before arrival, 14 days before arrival we charge 50% of the total price (corresponds to the deposit), from 7 days before arrival no refund is possible.
Additional services (meals, massages, purchases in the shop etc.) are payable in cash on departure or per payment link.
Check- in from 15:00 - 16:00 and check- out until 11:00.
Earlier check-in and later check-out possible by arrangement.
Our facility is suitable for young people aged 16 and over.
Room prices: Our prices include our breakfast with regional products, car park and taxes.
The room prices are per room for an occupancy of two persons, except the room familia (1 person).
For Retreatleader bookings:
The first deposit of 900.-€ by bank transfer is due immediately after booking to reserve the date for you bindingly. By paying the firs amount you accept our booking conditions.
We ask you to sign our retreat agreement and send it per mail to info@rancholoslobos.com
6 months before the start of the retreat another 2.500.- € is payable. You can cancel your retreat up to 6 months before the start, the deposit (3.400.-€) remains with us.
A further €2,000 is payable 4 months before the start.
1 month before arrival we will discuss together how many rooms and meals are finally booked and the remaining amount is due.
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. The deposits paid are non-refundable.
Check in for retreats from 4 pm.
Check out by 11 am at the latest.
For participants of our own retreats:
* When booking your retreat, 50% of the total amount is due within 7 days.
* The remaining 50% is due 7 days before the start of the retreat.
You can cancel your retreat at any time, but the following fees apply depending on the time:
*Up to 90 days before the start of the retreat 30% of the total price
*Up to 60 days before the start of the retreat 50% of the total price
*Less than 30 days before the start of the retreat 100% of the total price
We definitely recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance, the rates are relatively cheap and you are covered in case of cancellation.
Additional services are to be paid in cash or per payment link at departure.
