Our retreat centre is open all year round. We take a break in January. Please enquire separately for events during this period.
All rooms are equipped with an inverter or fan & heater. Due to energy-saving measures, our inverters only run at certain times. The inverters must be switched off when leaving the room. We thank you for your understanding and your help to protect the environment.
Towels are changed every three days or as required.
Fresh bed linen is provided after 7 days or as required.
All our rooms are non-smoking rooms and our entire facility is non-smoking due to high risk of fire in Andalusia.
As we have dogs ourselves, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate guest dogs even if we love dogs.
The Cabaña flat is disabled-friendly and the entire complex is largely barrier-free. All rooms have level access.
Our saltwater pool is not heated.
For Retreatleader bookings:
You can cancel your retreat at any time, the following amounts are due depending on the period:
In the case of a booking, the rounded amount of 35% of the minimum purchase is due in each case.
In the event of cancellation up to 6 months before the start of the retreat, the deposit paid remains with us. If we are able to rent out your chosen period for another retreat, it is at our discretion to refund part of the deposit.
However, if you cancel your retreat less than 6 months before the start date, we will charge the rounded amount of 70% of the minimum purchase.
If you cancel less than 30 days before the start date, 100% of the minimum purchase is due.
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. The deposits paid are non-refundable.
Check in for retreats from 4 pm.
Check out by 11 am at the latest.
For participants of our own retreats:
* When booking your retreat, 50% of the total amount is due within 7 days.
* The remaining 50% is due 7 days before the start of the retreat.
You can cancel your retreat at any time, but the following fees apply depending on the time:
*Up to 90 days before the start of the retreat 30% of the total price
*Up to 60 days before the start of the retreat 50% of the total price
*Less than 30 days before the start of the retreat 100% of the total price
We definitely recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance, the rates are relatively cheap and you are covered in case of cancellation.
